Throughout our time together I check in to hear your most top-of-mind questions, fears, and thoughts, and I always prioritize learning what comfort methods, both emotional and physical, are the most beneficial to you.

My Mission is to help support your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum so you will look back on your experience with positive feelings and know that you were advocated for every step of the way.

$1800  |  INcluded in this package:

  • Unlimited text/call support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum

  • Two prenatal visits tailored specifically to areas of concern or need. Typically we cover health concerns and questions, newborn care, breastfeeding questions and guidance, birth hopes or worries, etc. 

  • Hands-on, in-person labor support. During this time I will offer positions for progressing labor, provide comfort measures such as counter pressure and massage, give emotional support and empathy, help to navigate choices and options in the hospital, and so much more. 

  • Access to a backup birth doula for added reassurance.

  • I also offer delivery of placenta to encapsulating business as well as pick up of capsules once ready and free delivery to your home. 

  • One postpartum visit, which is typically scheduled within the first two weeks, and a breastfeeding consult/help if needed, as well as a referral to resources helpful for any issues or additional support needed.

  • Unlimited hands-on, in-person labor support during the birthing time. During this time I will offer positions for progressing labor, provide comfort measures such as counter pressure and massage, give emotional support and empathy, help to navigate choices and options in the hospital, and so much more.

  • Unlimited text/call support throughout pregnancy, surgery/hospital stay, and postpartum.

  • Two prenatal visits tailored specifically to mothers approaching the arrival of their newborn via cesarean.  We will work together to outline all of the choices and options you have, go over any questions you have about the process, and set you up to feel aware and prepared to enter your birthing day.

  • Hospital support on the day of surgery.  

  • I also offer delivery of placenta to encapsulating business as well as pickup of capsules once ready and free delivery to your home. 

  • One postpartum visit, which is typically scheduled within the first two weeks, and includes breastfeeding support and help if needed as well as referral to resources helpful for any issues or additional support needed.

Birth Doula Support through Scheduled Cesarean

  • Unlimited text/call support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum

  • Two virtual prenatal visits tailored specifically to areas of concern or need. Typically we cover health concerns and questions, newborn care, breastfeeding questions and guidance, birth hopes or worries, etc. 

  • Virtual support through labor and delivery. With this support I will offer position suggestions, questions to consider asking, a lending ear to partners, etc.  

  • One virtual postpartum visit, which is typically scheduled within the first two weeks, and includes breastfeeding guidance and help if needed, as well as referral to resources helpful for any issues or additional support needed.

Postpartum Packages

$50 Per Hour with 5 hour minimum

I offer additional postpartum doula care in your home at an hourly rate. As a postpartum doula, I provide families with information and support with lactation, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. Additional duties could include helping with light housework, fixing meals, and helping incorporate an older child into new family routines.
