Come and join us at Phoenix each Sunday morning for the month of February to strengthen, stretch and relax throughout a 90 minute Prenatal Yoga class. In these classes we will build body awareness, focus on the muscles most affected by pregnancy, and incorporate techniques to prepare for and cope with labor. Open to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga experience.
